These fees only apply to ala carte bookings made on behalf of the client by Debs Tours & Cruises, they DO NOT apply to vacation packages booked through Debs Tours & Cruises or the client booking through the YTB website. These fees will be disclosed prior to any services or transactions taking place. Payment is due at time of service or transaction and will be included in your invoice at the time of booking. You are only paying for Debs Tours & Cruises to do the research and submit payment. Debs Tours & Cruises recommends all travelers purchase Travel Insurance.
